Kathmandu to become a dust-free zone within a year

Kathmandu, March 4, 2018: At a program held by Association of Community Radio Broadcasters Nepal, Lalbabu Pandit, Minister for Population and Environment, has said that he is working actively to make Kathmandu dust-free within a year so that no one would have to use masks.

Minister Pandit said the valley could be made a mask-free zone if he received support from all sectors. Minister Pandit also released a book about Community Mediation which was published by the Association. The book includes 29 articles.

Minister Pandit expressed that he was committed to work in favor of the nation and its people, adding he would not spare those involved in crime.
