Koreans donates computers to three schools

Damak, 30 Oct 2014: Korean nationals have donated 70 laptops and desktops worth tens of thousands rupees to three community schools of Kohabara, Jhapa.

The generous Koreans handed over the computers to local Bhadrakali Higher Secondary School, Janata Primary School and Janajyoti Secondary School amid a programme organized at Bhadrakali School in Kohabara, ward no. 2.

The donors provided with the physical appliances to the schools to serve the objective of increasing students’ access to information technology and enhancing educational level in rural area, said Bhadrakali’s Principal Rewat Lal Shrestha.

Bhadrakali School got 25 desktop computers and 15 laptops while Janata School received five desktops and five laptops and Janajyoti got 10 desktops and 10 laptops.

The physical aid was provided to the schools by Jo Jo Bi, a Korean organization.
