Is going to organize LEAD- Leadership, Exploration and Development Program from 4th April 2018 to 6th April 2018. LEAD is a comprehensive training program where you will learn various aspects of leadership, you will challenge yourself, push yourself not just to develop your self-esteem, confidence, and leadership but also to develop inner strength and peace. We will mix theory and practical’s adding fun factors to your learning experience.
Embark on the journey of self-discovery, exploration, development, deep diving into yourself, discovering your leadership style, desire mapping, setting life goals, pushing you out of your comfort zone and learning leadership on community development.The program activities include various aspects of leadership on community development tools, desire mapping, goal setting, alternate to violence program training, dance movement therapy, competitions and lots of groups work,
The tools of this training program have been used in international training programs of youth legend’s where participants from different countries have already attended it.
The core trainer of this program is Ms. Sudha Subedi who has trained people from 25+ countries from diverse age group from 12 years to 70 years on leadership, self-awareness etc. She is Coady International Institute Canada graduate on Leadership on Community Development Course. She is Consultant and Global Strategist in US based company International Connector. She is also a founder and CEO of youth legend and is part of various ventures. She has 8+ years experience in leadership training. She is also psychology counselor and Dance Movement Therapist.
