Kathmandu, Nov 19: CPN (UML) senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal, who is presently on India visit, met with Congress (I) President Sonia Gandhi, other political leaders and senior officials in New Delhi Tuesday.
Leader Nepal’s meeting with the Congress (I) President focused on the discussions about mutual interests and relations, according to his aide Mohan Gautam. Similarly, the former Prime Minister had a meeting with Indian Minister for External Affairs Sushma Swaraj.
Leader Nepal is in India in connection with taking part in an international conference. He also joined a reception organised by the Nepali Embassy in New Delhi. Nepali Congress senior leader Sher Bahadur Deuba, who is also presently in India, was present on the occasion.
