Kathmandu, June 10, 2015:  Padma Sundar Lawati, Parallel Central Committee Chairman of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP)-Nepal, passed today at 1:23 pm today.
According to Sagun Sundar Lawati, son of Padma Sundar, his father died while undergoing treatment at Thapathali-based Norvic International Hospital. Lawati, who was suffering from different diseases related to kidney, heart and diabetes, was admitted at the hospital for the past few days.
He was born on Sawan5, 1966 BS, in Pakista.He  had started his politcal carrier since 2013 BS. He became the member of the Rastriya Panchyat from Panchthar in 2024 BS. Besides Lawati also served as state minister for Industry for the first time in 2029 BS. Not only that but he has become minister for 12th time in his political career.
Leader Lawati formed a Parallel Central Committee of the RPP-Nepal after being dissatisfied with mother party.
According to the family source, the final rites of Lawati would be performed after the arrival of his two sons as they are out of the country. Lawati is survived by wife, three sons and two daughters.
