Leos to launch ‘Let’s Teach’ campaign

Leo Club of Kathmandu Matribhumi is all set to launch a “Let’s Teach” campaign for underprivileged and quake-hit children.

To raise the fund to invest in the drive, the Leo Club on Saturday concluded an Inter-Leos Basketball Tournament and Second Matribhumi Cup at the Aryal International Hotel, New Baneshwor.

The event was held under the leadership of Leo Nawaraj Silwal, President of the Leo Club of Kathmandu Matribhumi.

According to the Founding Chairman of the Club and Coordinator of District 325 ‘B’ 2 Region 1, Leo Saroj Mahato, Chief Guest of the event MJF Lion DK Dhungana presented the winners Kathmandu Everest Leo and the runners-up Nagarjuna Leo Club with trophies and cash prizes.

In the programme, District Coordinator of District 325 ‘B’ 2, MJF Lion Anup Kumar Pahari and other Lions and Leo officials were present.
