Load shedding hours reduced

Kathmandu, May 19, 2016: Nepalese will now breathe small sigh of relief from the ongoing load shedding hours after Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) decided to reduce load shedding by an hour per day.

Now, people have to face load shedding for only 10 hours per day.

The updated load-shedding schedule will be effective from Friday, tomorrow.

With the surge in water level in rivers caused by rainfall, NEA had decided to cut-down the load shedding hours.
