Morang, Sept 7: Locals of northern Morang are happy after the construction of Kanepokhari-Letang road section.
The 11-kilometer road section from Kanepokhari of the East-West highway to Letang of the northern Morang was blacktopped along with upgradation.
Local businessmen have expressed belief that the business of the area would get a momentum after the construction of the road section.
Joint-secretary of the Road Construction Users’ Committee, Nandalal Dhimal, said that the construction works of the road were started one year back where the government had provided Rs 36 million and locals contributed voluntary labour for the same.
