Achham, April 3, 2015: Madhav Kumar Nepal, The former Prime Minister has stated that the nation would get new constitution within May 29 at any cost.
Former Prime Minister, Nepal told the process of new constitution has been retarded because of unnecessary barriers created by the opposite parties’ alliance.
Moreover, he said that writing constitution was a common agenda for all the parties so all the political parties must be together to work for the new constitution. He also added that the main ruling parties like Nepali Congress and the CPN (UML) have been very much flexible and requested the opposition parties to climb above the partisan stances.
Senior leader of the CPN (UML) also added the new constitution should be publicized via CA process by May 29 if the attempt to build an agreement failed.
While speaking at a programme today, he also talked about richness of art and culture of Achham. He suggested everyone to work together to preserve them.
