Kathmandu, April 30, 2015: A man who had been going around spreading rumours about a massive earthquake has been arrested from Mangalbazaar, Lalitpur this evening.

A resident of Lalitpur, Rajendra Khadgi had disguised himself with a wig before travelling around to spread the rumour, police said.
Meanwhile, DIG at Nepal Police Kamal Singh Bam had appealed to one and all to not go by such rumours, as exact prediction of an earthquake was yet to be scientifically proven.

Many people in the valley had come out of their homes this evening after a rumour spread that another quake was striking the country this evening.
