Golbazaar,7 Dec 2014: The District Police Office, Siraha launched a marijuana destroying campaign at different places in the district.
Some 10,000 marijuana plants has already been destroyed in the campaign that began three days ago, said police inspector Hari Khatiwada.
Mirchaiya, Bandipur and Karjanha police posts jointly launched the marijuana destroy campaign.
Meanwhile, police alerted the locals not to plant the banned marijuana in the days ahead.
