Kathmandu, 20th January,2015Â : The Fifth International Arts Conference is going to be kicked off on February 2 at National Arts Council.
The conference will be jointly organized by the Nepal New Arts Circle and SMD institute of India.
The conference is of South Asian level, organizers said.
Artists from SAARC countries except Afghanistan and Pakistan as well as artists from Spain and Honduras would participate in the five-day conference.
Senior artists Shashi Bikram Shah, Kiran Manandhar among others would participate in the conference.
