The ACBA proudly presents the “Most Popular Airlines Award 2019” to Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC).
A press release issued by the ACBA team states that it decided to honor NAC after reviewing its quality, performance and services – timely performance, staff performance at the airport, crew behavior and their services, quality of flight banquet, entertainment facilities for passengers on boards, safety, comfort, baggage handling, price-to-performance ratio, cleaning, and maintenance – among other factors.
Similarly, the team ACBA has selected Mr.Madan Kharel, CEO of NAC, as “Chief Executive Officer of the airline” His leadership qualities, team management, popularizing the airline brand and above all recognizing his desire to make Nepal Airlines a leading airlines company of the area, the statement said.
The decision to present such a prestigious award was taken after receiving positive feedback from bloggers, flying anonymously in different areas of Nepal Airlines.

Previous the ACBA awarded the “Worldwide Best Airline Award” to Thai Air and FINNAIR.
