May 22, 2015: Baisari of Bhagwati VDC-2 in Myagdi district is hit by dry landslide occurred on Friday morning. It is said that the slopes were weakened by the earthquake in April 25.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Hira Giri at the District Police Office, Myagdi five houses were destroyed by the landslide.
25 people is displaced by the fall of slope named Kafaldanda at Ramche at the VDC-9 of the district.
No human loss is reported yet. the water supply of the village is disturbed. Many house situated along the Beni-Jomsom road section is under high risk.
