Gaushala,15 Dec  2014: The Nepal Army has distributed warm clothes to the needy at a Dalit settlement at Dhabauli in Mahottari district on Sunday.
The Prakauli-based Sher Battalion of the NA distributed warm clothes to 85 families at Musahar and Chamar settlement at Jaleshwor Municipality-13, said Battalion Commander, Bishnu Bahadur Karki.
A total of 350 people in the settlement were provided with sweaters, shawls, saris, jackets, caps, among others.
The normal life of Mahottari district has been affected due to cold following a cold wave that has gripped the district for the past three days.
