Nat’l grid to get 7 megawatt power soon

Ilam, February 2, 2016:The Sanima Mai Hydropower Project has created seven megawatt power from its course extend based at Danabari and Chisapani VDCs in Ilam locale.

The task has begun its test creation as of late by finishing the whole development works.

Managerial Officer of the undertaking, Basanta Poudel, said that the force created from the venture would be associated with the national transmission network subsequent to altering the specialized pitfalls followed in course of the test generation.

The force would be connected to the focal transmission line at the Kodak-based substation of Kabeli passage.

The Sanima Mai Hydropower Project has as of now created and connected 22 megawatt power to the national matrix in October 2015.

The undertaking that began its development works about five years back has been finished in the slated time period with the venture of Rs 1.25 billion, Administrative Officer Poudel said.
