Nepal Telecom launched 4G internet service in Jumla

Khalanga:  Nepal Telecom (NT), Jumla branch has started the 4G internet service which is mainly targeted at the district headquarters Khalanga. 

 

Nepal Telecom (NT), Jumla branch office chief Mr Ramchandra Shrestha informed that the service was launched in the district with the help of three towers. One tower is located inside the office, the second is connected to the cliff above Acharyabada and the third is placed at Bharatibada.”It is equally beneficial for mobile data users.”-Shrestha said.

 

This service has further enhanced the speed of the internet which can be enjoyed at home. It is here to strengthen the information flow system and ensure that information is accessed from home and abroad.

 

Under the Guthichaur Rural Municipality, the three wards-3,4 and 5 are currently using the new version of the provided by the NT and ward office for official activities.

 

According to a local Nara Rawat, Jumla has been using the 2G and 3G versions of the internet before.
