Kathmandu, November 6, 2018: Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index registered an 11.92 points accretion to shut at 1219.20 on November 5, 2018.

Likewise, the performance of class ‘A’ stocks, that is measured by the sensitive index, also increased by 2.51 points and lied at 259.32.

A profit of 11.52 points was received by Banking whereas the  37.62 points were benefited by the hotels. Similarly, development banks, hydropower, and finance gained 13.59, 7.59 and 2.07 points respectively.

On the other hand, non-life insurance surged by 87.45 points, and production by 0.7, microfinance by 17.98, life insurance by 49.62 and others by 2.9.

Altogether Rs 280 million worth were transacted from 822,207 shares of 115 companies.
