Panchthar,4 Nov 2014: General Secretary of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party Buddhiman Tamang said that the new constitution could not be promulgated on slated time.
Talking to RSS this morning, he said that the new constitution would not be promulgated on slated time as the political parties have controversy over the issues of federalism, form of governance and electoral system but it could be promulgated at the end of this year.
The constitution should be promulgated on the basis of consensus if possible; otherwise, it should be promulgated through voting process, he said.
Speaking on a different note, Tamang said that the internal party dispute would be ended soon by rotating the party leadership among the party’s top leaders.
