Kathmandu, 21 September 2015: Unified CPN (Maoist) Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that Nepal has seen an end to an era where the feudal promulgates the constitution. Talking to journalists following the promulgation of a new constitution by the Constituent Assembly (CA) here today, Chairperson Dahal asserted that it has marked the beginning of the era to deliver the constitution through the people’s representatives.
Pledging to address some issues of the disgruntled political parties, he said, “Demands of some dissatisfied political parties would be addressed through dialogue”. Dahal expressed commitment to implement the people’s constitution which has been framed with massive public participation.
