Panchthar, March 2: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Development Prakash Man Singh has said that the political parties won’t let the Constituent Assembly (CA) collapse in the name of consensus.
At a programme here today, the Nepali Congress general secretary assured the party cadres that a new constitution would be issued at any cost.
Singh said his party was firm on promulgating the new constitution on consensus basis and they were preparing to hold dialogues with opposition parties for the same.
He further said his party was always in a first front of revolution but the leaders were failing to institutionalize the achievements.
