Ratnanagar (Chitwan),31 Jan 2015: Two Chinese tourists stranded in the Chitwan National Park on Friday night were rescued from the place near Sauraha.
According to the District Police Office, Chitwan, the Chinese tourists made a call for rescue after they failed to trace the way to get out of the national park all in the night. A team of Nepal army and Nepal police rescued them from two kilometer north of the elephant breeding centre inside the park. They had climbed a tree to save themselves from wild animals.
It took almost three hours to search them in the night, added the police.
