Bhimduttanagar, Feb 13: The second Far-western Industrial Trade Fair 2071 began in Mahendranagar today.
‘Talking Business, Talking Change’ is the major theme of the fair being held at the local open theatre under the auspices of Nepal Confederation of Industries Kanchanpur-Kailali chapter. The fair is being organized with the objective of promoting trade and business in the Far-western region and protecting the interests of the industrialists and businessperson, according to Chairperson of the chapter Hem Bikram Thapa.
Local handicrafts, agro produce, automobiles, information about alternative energy as well as food delicacies of the Far-west are showcased in various stalls at the fair. Likewise, presentations by local and national-level artists will feature in the fair that will run until February 23.
