Humla, 23rd December 2014 : The Federation of Nepali Journalists, Humla chapter here today, has organized a programme in
the premises of the district administration office letter to submit a memorandum to the chief district officer (CDO) to exert the pressure for timely constitution.
Karna Bahadur Rokaya, chairman at the FNJ district chapter, said that they were waiting for the CDO Krishna Bahadur Katuwal to submit the letter but he is absent. They were now encircling the office.
