Hetauda, 20th December,2014 : Minister for Industry Mahesh Basnet has urged the private sector to take an initiation for expanding the industrial sector as the government’s sole efforts to that end were not sufficient.
Opening the 13th annual general meeting of Hetauda Industries Association here Saturday, Minister Basnet said positive roles
of political parties was essential to depoliticize the industrial sector and lead it to the progress that helps minimize increasing trade deficit facing the country.
On the occasion, Constituent Assembly (CA) members Ananta Prasad Poudel and Indra Bahadur Baniya urged the investors to focus their attention on the creation of new industrial corridors in different towns in the country including in Hetauda.
Other CA members Ram Narayan Bidari underscored the need of cooperation among industry management, investors and the government for the economic progress in the country.
