Kathmandu,27 Jan 2015: Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sushil Koirala said a standstill seen in the constitution-drafting will be put to an end through talks and discussions.
Addressing the concluding session of a training organised by Nepali Congress central policy and training academy for district working committee secretaries here Tuesday , PM and party President Koirala said he was committed to clearing a path for constitution drafting through talks.
Democracy was the first condition for attaining sound security, peace, stability and development in the country, the PM said, adding that he was effortful to bring those forces not following democracy to a democratic path.
NC Vice President and Academy coordinator Ramchandra Poudel said a process and efforts for consensus will go together for settling disputes regarding the constitution drafting.
