Kathmandu,5 Dec 2014: The Nepal Press Union RSS Branch today provided Rs 12,005 to the central secretary of the Union Surya Kumar Chhetri in aid of his medical treatment.
Journalist Chhetri, who underwent a successful operation for removing brain tumor, is recuperating at the capital’s Annapurna Neuro Hospital. He is kept in the intensive care unit of the hospital.
RSS Chairman Kul Chandra Wagle handed over the amount, wishing Chhetri a speedy recovery.
The amount was collected at the initiation of the Union RSS branch in connection with different media organisations collecting financial assistance for Chhetri’s medical treatment.
