Nepalgunj,8 March 2015: Minister for Peace and Reconstruction, Narahari Acharya, has said that the government has already started the homework for providing relief and justice to the conflict-hit families.
Inaugurating the Mid-west region level Peace Conference organised by the Local Peace Committee, Banke on Sunday, he said works would be initiated based on the list to be prepared by taskforce on the study of conflict- affected and the disappeared people constituted by the government.
The Minister said that the taskforce would complete its task in three months and the works it carries out would also be of help to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and the Commission of Inquiry Enforced Disappearances.
He also vowed that the second Constituent Assembly would certainly issue a constitution which would also address the rights of the conflict-affected people.
