Melamchi, Feb 24,2015: A five-day training to the newly appointed permanent teachers from Sindhupalchowk district kicked off at Chautara on Monday.
A total of 35 teachers have been attending the training.
The training would be useful to widen the horizon of the knowledge and skills on teaching, so that quality education could be ensured.
District Education Officer Birendra Jung Thapa inaugurated the training organized by the District Education Office.
On the occasion DEO Thapa said time had come for the teachers to mull how their teaching could ensure quality. Teachers should not depend solely on book but various other materials in order make the teaching more effective.
He further said teaching is a holy and the most revered profession, and the education needs to be accessible to all.
