Achham, Aug. 11: A person died after he was struck by lightning at Bindebasini VDC in the district Sunday evening.
The person has been identified as Nar Bahadur Bohara, 55, of Bindebasini-4.The lightning struck him when he was sitting inside his own house.
Two others were also injured in the same incident, said a local Mahesh Khadka.
Bohara died on the way to Bayalpata Hospital, said Bohara’s brother.
