Chitwan, July 29, 2018: Oxford College of Engineering and Management (OCEM) from Gaindakot Municipality, Nawalpur has received an International Award for its excellent leadership in quality.
‘International Star for Leadership in Quality- 2018’ was awarded to the college in the 22nd international convention held on July 1, at the capital of France, Paris. This award is awarded annually to the organizations and the institutes that have outstanding and quality leadership and management by the Madrid based organization Business Initiative Directions(BID).
The nominees from various institutes, firms and organization were chosen by the international choosing committee and evaluated by the specialist from ninety countries across the world. Then one organisation is picked by evaluating the factors of customer satisfaction, innovations, research and development, continuity, education, post-sales services, Quality ISO 9001, environment, recycle, business excellence, TQM implementation, profitability performance growth, brand, marketing, leadership and management.
Stating the press meet, Principle of the college, Er. Hari Bhandari said that it is a matter of national pride that the college was awarded internationally.
