Participation for Climate-Smart Entrepreneurship Contest 2018 is Open

Kathmandu, September 28, 2018:  Global Youth Climate Network (GYCN) opens the application for the participation on Climate-Smart Entrepreneurship Contest 2018. All the young entrepreneurs of age 18-35 can apply.

The aim of the contest is to encourage young people unreached through traditional channels to share and implement their ideas in mitigating climate change. The eligibility includes applicant holding a college degree or not enrolled in college education and who have implemented or planning to implement low-tech, scalable climate solutions in their communities.

Winners of this contest will be invited to present their ideas at the World Bank Headquarters in Washington DC during the 2018 Youth Summit and enjoy the opportunity to join the GYCN network of climate innovators.
