1 january,2015:Â Paul Walker’s father, Paul Walker III, who is acting as the executor of his late son’s estate, has reportedly filed a claim for $1.8 million against the estate of Roger Rodas for wrongfully keeping Walker’s exotic car collection.
Paul was killed in a car crash when visiting a charity event in Valencia, California, last November. He was a passenger in the car when it crashed. His autopsy report determined the cause of death was from “combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries.”
In the legal documents, the father of the late actor is claiming that Rodas’ family ‘is in possession of numerous automobiles and other motor vehicles that are either wholly or partially owned’ by his deceased son. The family of Rodas have already rejected Walker III’s claim, so it looks like this dispute will have to be settled inside a US courtroom.
