Kathmandu,25 Augusts: Students of Kathmandu Engineering College organized a peace rally for the demised police personals of Kailali incident that included SSP Laxman Neupane and seven others . The rally marched from college premises, Kalimati to Maitighar Mandala.
The students realized that they could at least not be quite for any violence happening in the peace nation. “Society is bad not because of 2 bad people but inactiveness of 98 good people.†They must have known this. The event was initiated by the students of first year of different faculties of engineering. Yoga teacher Shanta Kharel addressed the mass and lead them to Maitighar.
The march started by lighting candles in the college premise. The rally was secured by local police personals lead by DSP Hem Bahadur Thapa of Kalimati Police Station. The students had pamphlets in their hand. The rally ended at Maitighar Mandala with lighting of candles.
