Ratnanagar (Chitwan), 22 Oct 2014: Police have arrested a man along with brown sugar from Bharatpur Municipality-11 in Chitwan district on Tuesday.
The arrested is Surendra Saha of Birgunj Metropolitan City-14, said Deputy Superintendent of Police, Shantiraj Koirala.
A team deployed from the District Police Office, Chitwan, arrested Saha on a special tip-off, said police. Investigation into the case was on, it is learnt.
