Dadeldhura, June 1, 2017: District-based concerned authorities have urged various political parties not to use children in election-related activities.
Concerned about the reports of children being used during election campaigns, concerned authorities like Children Concerns Forum, Citizens Awareness Center, Women and Children Office jointly held a dialogue with various political parties and reacted to the tendency.
Addressing at the event, Chief District Officer Janak Raj Joshi put his view that all should focus on keeping children away from politics and protecting their rights as far as election code of conduct is concerned.
