Kathmandu, July 26, 2015: The Four parties has decides to finalize public feedback by this evening.The four major parties’ meeting to be held this evening will conclude the public submissions on the basis of the report of the chief whips in the meeting.
Similarly, the responsibility of listing the public feedback to the chief whips of the four political parties has been allocated by the four major political partiesâ€™ meeting held at Prime Minister’s official residence at Baluwatar today.
Nepali Congress Vice-president Ram Chandra Poudel said that the the governance should be inclusive as per the public feedback. He further stated that parties presented their opinions and his party NC was in favor for making an inclusive forms of governance.
Discussions on making religious equality rather than secularism as the term secularism had given a negative meaning was held by them, said Leader Poudel. Similarly, if it was possible before the promulgation of the new constitution they would held discussions on delineating the border of new provinces.
Moreover, discussions was held on the modality of receiving and finalizing the public feedback, said CPN (UML) Vice-chair Bhim Rawal.
Today’s meeting held discussions on how to address the public feedback as the parties are committed to promulgate the new constitution by August 17, stated UCPN (Maoist) Vice-chair Narayan Kaji Shrestha said.He added that the meeting held discussions on forms of governance, border delineation, secularism, citizenship among other serious issues to be addressed in the new constitution.
