Rato Bangala Foundation and MoEST Organizes an International Conference on Quality Education

Kathmandu, April 15, 2019: The Second ‘International Conference on Quality Education’  is going to be organized by the Rato Bangala Foundation in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST).  

It attempts to work towards achieving targets of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG4) regarding quality education and Nepal’s School Sector Development Plan (SSDP) Goals by focusing on providing quality education in the classroom, from early childhood onwards. It recognizes that due focus on quality education is imperative in order to improve the lives and livelihoods of children in Nepal and ensure that Nepal reaches middle-income economy status by 2030. The event is going to be held from 24th to 26th August 2019. The aim of this conference is to bring school teachers, students, learners, educators and education enthusiast together to share ideas on quality education and student-centered learning.

The program will be announced with a special theme so-called “Ensuring Learner-Centered Education”.
