Road up-gradation at Deurali-Toripani begins

Babiyachaur (Myagdi), January 29, 2016: The upgradation of Arthunge Deurali-Toripani street in Myagdi locale has begun as of late.

The seven-kilometer-long earth street is being overhauled at the assessed expense of around Rs 600 million.

The task is being attempted by the VDC in budgetary backing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) under the Decentralized Rural Infrastructure and Livelihood Project (DRILP), as indicated by Chiranjibi Poudel, Local Development Officer, Myagdi.

The upgradation of the street is required to finish by August 19, this year.

Correspondingly, the upgradation of Beni-Pakhapani street in the area has begun. The street traversing 3.1 kilometers joins Rahughat Area in Myagdi to the locale base camp.

It is one of the greatest and quite anticipated Projects in the area, said Project Chief Om Bahadur KC.
