Nepal is opening its SAFF Championship campaign against an opening game against Sri Lanka in Kerela on 23rd December.
More than a opening game of SAFF cup, it will be a game for Nepalese team to end the goalless run of Nepali team in past 25 months. Nepal last scored in previous edition of SAFF Championship which was held in Kathmandu where Jumanu Rai finished a brilliant one touch finish against India. After that, Nepali team hasn’t score a single goal.
So, tomorrow’s match will be of great importance as winning the game will make a way for semi final.
