Arghakhanchi, June 4, 2015: Since the past six months science teacher of the Gaura secondary school in Thada, Rajiya have been absent, so the students has locked their school in protest against the regular absence of their science teacher.
Since last Sunday students of grade 9 and 10 had locked their classes. But the students have closed down the entire school effective on Wednesday to exert more pressure on the school administration.
District Education Officer Dhansingh Dhami said that the problem is a result of a dispute in the transfer of the science teacher and the head teacher has been directed to immediately appoint a new science teacher.
It is said by the guardians of the students that school administration is ignoring the issue even though six months have passed and the school is still without a science teacher.
