Kathmandu, June 12: Corrugated sheets worth of Rs. 580,000 has been donated to different schools in Dhola VDC of Dhading by the Fun Kids Nepal and Gorkha Young Stars Socio-cultural Club Meghalaya.
The recent earthquake has damaged Barahakalika higher secondary school, BalJyoti primary school and other schools so for they provided with tents from the two organizations. According to its Chair DP Aryal, worth Rs. 100,000 is also being provided as scholarship to students of the Barahakalika higher secondary school by the Fun Kids Nepal.
Also, in different parts of Dhading district fun Kids Nepal had distributed relief goods worth Rs. 1.5 million.Meanwhile, Chairperson of the Nepali community in Tura, Meghalaya Dilip Chettri expressed happiness over being able to support Nepalis at this time of grief at a function held on Thursday.
