Kathmandu, January 25, 2016: A week-long sculpture exhibition organized by the Nepal Academy, Department of Sculpture and Mithila Art in the capital concluded today.
As many as 18 sculptures made by different foreign and Nepali artisans were kept in the exhibition.
Speaking in the concluding programme, German ambassador to Nepal Matthias Mayer said that he would help arrange such exhibition in Germany in future.
He said art should not be confined within the geography and border, adding that Germany could learn more from Nepal in this regard.
Former Chancellor of Nepal Fine Arts Academy, Kiran Manandhar said such art exhibitions would help the artists of both countries learn from each other.
