Kathmandu, December 16, 2018: The result of National Space Art Competition- 2018 that took place from September 17 to October 1, 2018 has been declared. Around 53 participated from all around the country participated in the competition. The winner for the competition is Shruti Gurung, a student at Adhyayan School (Kathmandu). Shruti also won the public choice award among the 20 shortlisted photos that were placed for the public choice award during the world space week. She will receive telescope, certificate, and medals during a program in Kathmandu.
Similarly, Arya Joshi from the Budanilkantha School (Kathmandu), Sulav Poudel from Gandaki Boarding School (Pokhara) and Unique Pokharel from Koshi Vidya Mandir, (Biratnagar) bagged the second, third and consolation prize respectively. They will also receive certificates and medals during the same program.
