Dhangadhi, Sept 3: Two members of a family died of snakebite in Udasipur VDC-1 in Kailali district on Wednesday.
The deceased are Kamala Dhami, 21, and her niece Mina, a third grader, local Padam Air said.
The two had gone to a bed and a krait (the venomous snake) was found trapped in Mina’s leg after biting to both of them, the locals said.
Both of them died while receiving treatment at the Nepal Army’s Camp at Masuriya.
