Damauli, 30 Dec 2014: As many as 550 students from Barahi Higher Secondary School, Pharakchaur of Byas-4 have undergone eye checkup in a health camp.
The health camp was organized jointly by Himalaya Eye Hospital Gharipatan, Pokhara, and Lions Club of Tanahu on Monday, said Principal Gyanendra Neupane.
Some of the students were provided eyeglasses free of cost.
School uniform, educational materials distributed
The National Integrated Development Centre, Tanahu, has distributed school uniforms and educational materials to 10 disabled students of Sindhu Primary School of Sera in the district, said NIDC coordinator Som Maya Gurung.
