Beni (Myagdi), November 16, 2016: School children at the remote village at Mudi – 9 located at the western part of Myagdi are unable to attend school after a twine rope bridge snapped over the Myagdi river.

The students from eight households who are living at Simkosh area for animal husbandry and herbal medicine collection have been deprived of study.

The children are unable to attend the Kailash Primary School at Mudi Bagar after the only medium of travel broke down. “The students have to cross the river relying on twine ropes,” Buddhi Bikash Secondary School’s Principal Jag Bahadur BK said.
