Herat,  April 13, 2015: The police chief of Western Afghanistan’s Herat province, Abdul Majid Rozi blamed terrorists for poisoning  students.
According to Rozi, “Terrorists poisoned some 100 students of Fatah School in Herat city on Saturday and so far one person has   been arrested in the case.” He further added, “The terrorists by conducting such crimes attempting to terrorize people.â€
Maximum number of the students had been discharged from hospital after receiving medical treatments on Saturday evening. Â However, 11 students still remained in hospital, as told by the police chief.
In recent years, students of different schools in various Afghan provinces including Kabul had been mysteriously poisoned.
But, Taliban militants are yet to make any comment on the accusation.
