The Department said that after the May 12 aftershock, landslides along the highways in Sindhupalchowk, Dolakha and Rasuwa districts had caused disruption in vehicular movement though the road blockade that was caused from the April 25 devastating earthquake.

“Efforts are in progress to clear the blockade along the Barpak-Laprak section as well”, said the Deputy Director General at the department Umesh Jha.
