June 5, 2015: A new government would be formulated only after the promulgation of a new constitution, UCPN (Maoist) treasurer Haribol Gajurel said.
The new national consensus government would be formed for reconstruction of the quake affected areas, said leader Gajurel said in a press meet today organized by the Revolutionary Journalists’ Association, Morang.
Further, he added that as the parties are nearer in the issues of the new constitution new government would take shape soon even to lead the nation on the way to reconstruction. Also he stated that none could escape from the responsibility of constitution drafting process as it was the need of the hour.
